[CoC] UCM Clean-up & Organizing

Dear UCM Leaders,

I wanted to reach out with a special request from Staff, Board, ET, and
volunteers who are beginning to use the building more, now that the Air
Quality Project is entering its final stages — perhaps you are one who has
wondered, ‘where has this ended up?’ or ‘I wonder if we still have these
around here somewhere?’

There’s been a lot of movement and shifting (and dust & debris) happening
throughout our building, and we need to come together to clean it up, find
some things, and re-organize our space so it will be more usable again.

The best date we have landed on for doing this will be *all day on
Thursday, July 7* — between about 9 AM - 4 PM — if you (and/or others on
your team) are available to help next week, we will all be able to do much
more with many hands on deck.

If you could please reply to Elaine (ucm.membership at gmail.com) and Emily (
ucm.space at gmail.com) to confirm you have sent out the word (or
called/emailed) to those on your teams who may be available and willing to
help, so we can know about how many to expect, we would appreciate it very
much!

You may also reply to us both to let us know in advance any particular
needs your team(s) may have as we do the cleaning and organizing that we
think needs to be done … and/or to let us know if you may be available on
another day next week (ideally before July 9, when an outside group is
scheduled to use the Vestry) for particular tasks — we would be glad to
offer direction/instruction for tasks you, or a smaller group, may be able
to do on another day.
