[CoC] End of Year Reports Due By May 10

Hello All Committee and Task Force Chairs,

Wishing you a happy spring with sunny days and warmer nights!

The UCM Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 22.  It’s time to provide a summary of your committee’s work during the church year.  We’re looking for a paragraph or more with highlights of your activities.  We’d also welcome photos of activities when possible.  Those can be sent electronically along with your report.  As much as possible, we’d like to include photos of church members and friends.

Your committee summary should include names of your members and a sentence describing your overall mission in support of UCM.

The summary will be included in the 2022 UCM Annual Report which will be available to all before the Annual Meeting.

Please send your summary to me (leslie.parr at uvm.edu<mailto:leslie.parr at uvm.edu>) in a Word document.  I will need your  work by May 10.
