[CoC] Book borrowing

Hi Elaine and Verdis,

You probably don’t care about this, but in case people signed them out:
I picked up Jo Romano’s copy and gave it to Tory Rhodin.
I picked up MaryJean McKelvy’s copy to read myself.
I have been sharing Kathy Johnson’s copy, but will return it to her.

I’m about to start the chapters on individual churches which I anticipate
being a livelier narrative.
