Dear CoC,

I apologize for failing to send additional reminders for submitting content
for the Spring Newsletter — but thank you so much to all of you who have
already sent in your content!

For those of you who haven’t yet added to the Google Doc what you would
like to have shared, if you could do so by this Friday, March 17, that will
still give me enough time to put together the Newsletter in time to send it
next week — if using the Google Doc is not working well for you, feel free
to send what you want included to my email (ucm.membership at gmail.com) — and
again, please include any photos you might have!

Dear Friends,

I'm writing to request a couple of things -- the first is an invitation to
present (briefly) at our *Spring New UU class, All About UCM, which will be
at UCM on Saturday, April 1, from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM*. If you are available
to present to our group of "New UUs" about what you do, and how they might
be more involved, we would love to have you there!

You may plan to come yourself, or send someone else from your
committee/team, or if no one is available, but you would still like to
share information with them, you can send me a brief summary of what you
would like them to know, so I can share it with them.

Some of you have attended sessions like this in the past -- but we have not
held them since before the COVID-19 shut-down began, so it has been a
while! If you have any questions about what this 'presentation' might
entail, just give me a call and I can tell you more -- 802-595-9801.

In short, you are welcome to attend the entire session (we will have light
refreshments and child care available), or to just attend the portion of
the time when you are scheduled on the Agenda -- we will have presentations
from various groups from about 10:30 - 12:00, so if there is a ten-minute
period of time between those times that works best for you, please let me
know and I can schedule you then.


The second request I have for you is for *Content for our Spring Newsletter*,
which we will be sending about a month from now, on the Spring Equinox.

Ideally, I would like to receive content from you -- about what your
committee/team has planned for the coming 3 months, April, May, and June,
and, if you would like, a brief summary of what you have been doing so far
this Church Year (since September) -- *especially with photos*, if you have
them! -- before *Wednesday, March 15th*. I will send another reminder about
two weeks and again one week before the 15th, so if you can start talking
with others on your committee/team about what you would like to include in
the Spring Newsletter, now is the time!
