[CoC] Winter Newsletter

Dear Friends,

It's already that time again, for a quarterly newsletter! We'd like to send
out a Winter Newsletter in a couple of weeks, with announcements and
upcoming events -- if you and your program area/committee have something to
include, *please send it to me by Friday, December 8*, it would be greatly
appreciated.
