[CoC] Your Committee's Annual Report

Dear UCM Committee Chairs,


On this snowy day in April, I’m thinking about how you might share your committee activities with our congregation in the UCM Annual Report.


The Annual Meeting will be held on May 19 this year. In order to prepare the Annual Report in time for the meeting, we’ll need your summary of committee work by April 20.


Here are a few ideas to consider as you write the committee report:


What is your committee’s mission and who is on your team?


What is the focus of your work together?  What has made your work fulfilling?


Have you taken new initiatives this year?  Have they met your goals?  Tell us about them.


Have you sponsored or organized events this year? Tell us about participation, results, future plans.


How does the committee’s work link to the UCM Mission?  We welcome all as we build a loving community to nurture each person’s spiritual journey, serve human need, and protect the Earth, our home.
