Apologies for sloppy reading and sending my first response to Reverend Joan
only. A heads up that Judith Hines has offered to facilitate the October
meeting and I am willing to facilitate January or April. I did not realize
until I saw Dawn's name for April facilitation that she was not aware of
who the committee of chairs that chosen and I was not aware of the
involvement of the executive team. Frankly I don't think they need be
involved in the facilitation or chairing of the committee of chairs
although of course their attendance makes sense and is welcome. And
Reverend Joan need not attend although I would expect Elaine would attend.

I have noticed that we have not had issues with facilitating or chairing or
running the meeting, but our note-taking has not always been the best.

I am free on the October Tuesday and tentatively free January and April all
the other stuff depending.
