[CoC] October and Future Meetings of the Committee of Chairs

Hi -

I'm out-of-state on Wednesday, October 2 - and have another
regularly-scheduled meeting on every third Thursday of the month that I
would prefer not to miss.

I would be available to attend on behalf on the ET on:

   - Tuesday, January 14
   - Wednesday, April 2
