[CoC] This Coming Wed, Oct. 2 Confirmed for Next Committee of Chairs Meeting

Hi everyone,

Thank you for all your responses regarding the scheduling of this year's
Committee of Chairs meetings. The first CoC meeting will be this
coming *Wednesday,
October 2 from 6:30-8:30pm* in the vestry. (We will try to end by 8:00pm if
possible.) Judith Hinds will follow up with the agenda.

Future dates for the CoC meetings will be: Tuesday, January 21, 6:00-8:00pm
and Wednesday, April 2, 6:30-8:30pm. Please mark your calendars.

I also want to give a plug for you all to attend the *UCM Climate Justice
Revival* on *Sunday, October 6*, one of hundreds taking place as part of a
denomination-wide initiative. The day will start with an all ages worship
service featuring lots of music, a story told by the UUA president,
reflections, and a ritual for action. Following the service, the Climate
Action Team will lead us in a conversation to talk about the climate
justice needs in our community, the gifts we have to share, and how we can
carry this work on in the days ahead. The program will end around 2pm. Food
will be provided and a children's program is also being offered.
