[CoC] UCM Annual Report - Committee Reports 2024-25

Thanks to those of you who have provided a committee report for this year's
annual report.

I believe that the groups listed below still need to submit something.  It
would be great if you could forward your report to me within the next
couple of days, so that I can format the entire document before sending it
to the Board Secretary.

Attached is last year's document in case you want to use it as a guide.
