Hello, Committee of Chairs!

Here are a few quick notes about using the church:

1. The School Street door sticks and* must be firmly pushed/pulled shut to
engage the lock. *Please double check this if you're the last one exiting
the building. A new lock mechanism is on order.

2. Please *close all interior doors after your meeting/event*. This keeps
the heat where it's supposed to be! We heat by room based on scheduled
events, but that doesn't work if the doors are left open.

3. I'm seeking *regular volunteers for help with quick building
housekeeping tasks*...tidying, light cleaning, unloading the dishwasher,
vacuuming one room, etc. Are you here every week or two for a meeting or
small group? Could you add on 15 minutes to complete of tasks of your
choice? Please mention to your teams that this is a valuable way to
contribute without joining another committee ;-)

4. Whenever practical, consider bringing indoor shoes and leaving your
wet/snowy/salty boots in the School St entryway. Our cleaning service only
comes once a week.

Thank you!
Emily
