[Messages] Special congregational email (except for Sally!)

Hi all,

Here is the email I'd like to send to everyone except Sally. (Photo
attached.) The email address we'll have to exclude is ucm.dre at gmail.com.
I'm not sure if she has any other email addresses that she uses to receive
UCM emails.

Subject: Showing Our Thanks to Sally this Sunday

Message:

Dear members and friends of UCM,

Please join us as we celebrate and offer our thanks to our retiring
Director of Religious Education, Sally Armstrong, this Sunday! There are a
couple ways you can participate.

First, we are putting together a *gift basket of cards and small gifts*
that Sally might enjoy in her retirement. These can be simple gifts (e.g.
an adult coloring book, “emergency” chocolate, a plant, a gift certificate,
etc.). Your contributions will be gathered in a gift basket in the Vestry
before service. Look for the basket behind the Hospitality Table.

Second, following the service, we will gather in the vestry for
refreshments and a brief program. I will lead the program, and *you are
invited to share memories and words of gratitude to Sally*.

I hope you will join us to honor Sally as she prepares to conclude her time
as UCM's Director of Religious Education.
