We will be reading at Union School in Montpelier on Tuesday, January 24.
I'm writing to you because I have you on my list as a person who saved the
date of the 24th and plans to be a reader!

We have just gotten the time slots from the school. In order to make the
sign-up efficient, please use this Doodle poll to sign up for the slot you
want. There are five classes for each grade (except 4 classes in 4th). *The
poll will only let 5 people sign up for each grade level.*

As you can see, the K, 1st (8:45-9:30), and 4th (10:30-11:30) classes are
in the morning. 2nd (12:30-1:30) and 3rd (1:15-2:15) are in the afternoon.

To sign up

   1. Put your name in a line on the far left
   2. Choose the option(s) you want by clicking the box under that
time/class slot. Please choose MORE THAN ONE slot if you are able -- we
have 24 classes to read to!
   3. *CLICK SAVE WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED.*

Let me know if you have any trouble or need help of any kind. I will send
out more information about books, where to meet, checking in at the school,
etc. after we get the slots filled.

*THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS IMPORTANT THING!*

Reminder: We're having a training on Tuesday, January 17 at the Friends
Meeting House in Plainfield at 5:30 PM. Let others who may be interested
know, and come yourself if you like!

"It is impossible to struggle for civil rights, equal rights for blacks,
without including whites. Because equal rights, fair play, justice, are all
like the air: we all have it, or none of us has it. That is the truth of
it." Maya Angelou
