Hello Nancy, Theresa, and Mark,

Jen Matthews and I would like to use space at UCM at no cost to host a
meeting to see if there are caregivers in central Vermont who would be
interested in coming to a group for caregivers of trans youth (i.e.
parents, guardians, family members, teachers, etc). To get a waiver of the
rental fee we need a Committee sponsor and someone to fill out and submit
the official sponsorship form. Would one of you be willing to do that? Our
proposed meeting is Oct 26, so we need permission quite soon.

Hi Mara - I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.  I have your
meeting penciled in on our calendar o 10/26 from 6-8:15 in the Fireplace
Room.  In order to waive the fee, your group needs to be sponsored by a
committee of the church.  Please contact the Welcoming Congregation or
Social Responsibility Committees  to see if they will do it and if so they
must send me a sponsorship form.  Please let me know if you have any
further questions.
