Thanks Ansel,

Very much related is a draft commentary of the proposed Vermont prison I
just finished working on. I will have it reviewed by ACLUVT next week and
then I will send to vtdigger and the other papers in the state. I welcome
any feedback and when it gets published in vtdigger maybe some of you could
post a comment as UU's.  The SRC could actually vote to take a position
tomorrow.
