[SRCAction] UCM Community Pouch

 Hello-

I am contacting you to let you know the plan for the Community Pouch this year.  What we are proposing to do is to have a written application process.  I see either two or three virtual meetings.  Two would be focused on getting the applications and the voting process.  There would be a third meeting in the event that insufficient information came through on the applications. Once these meetings have happened the work of this group will be done until late summer of next year. 

I was wondering if you or someone on your committee, team or Board would be interested in being part of the process. I would appreciate your help in spreading the word. I have contacted the ET, Governing Board, Social Responsibility Committee, Women's Alliance and the LSE coordinator Liza Earle Centers. I plan on putting an announcement in the E-news. 

If you are interested in joining this team please e-mail me at melinda_moz at yahoo.com or call 505-8441.  I would like to be able to get started on this process ASAP. It was decided at the ET meeting that the organization for October would be UU the Vote, but November is not that far away.
