I would like to volunteer to do my ten minute routine on how to read the
hymnal. What do all those symbols and information at the bottom of each
selection in Singing The Living Tradition mean? What are hymn tunes
categorized and what does something like St. Columbia 7.8.7.8. mean?
choristers should know this stuff and as I said, would take me a max of
ten minutes.
