[Choir] Linda Abbott's July 16 memorial service

Dear Choir,

As I expect many of you know, the memorial service for Linda Abbott has
been scheduled for July 16 at 1 pm.

The Choir has been asked to participate, and your responsiveness to my
initial inquiry has been very generous. We will sing "Simple Gifts" and
"These Green Mountains." Marcail Riggs, David's niece (?) will sing "
Where're You Walk."

This email is let you know that we will meet at 11:45 on July 16 to
rehearse "Simple Gifts" and "These Green Mountains." You all know both
pieces so they will require only 45 minutes to prepare.

I hope that summer, now two days old, has been treating you well. I was
driving back from a choral conference in Castleton last night and there was
still a vestige of daylight at 10 pm!
