[Choir] Fwd: update about Hedi for the choir

Sometimes it's the small things one remembers most.  In my beginning days
in choir many years ago it was Hedi, Darlene and Linda Abbott who made me
most welcome.  Hedi would make certain I had the right music, and that
welcoming smile!  Later she was a mystery buddy for one on my grandchildren
during March mystery madness.  Her attention to both of them after that
introduction showed interest and caring, kindness.  After I shared with the
choir Catherine Orr's prodigious effort to sing me awake after a death
defying surgery it was Hedi who said "I'm gad Catherine was able to sing
you back to life."  Such kindness, always such kindness.  And it is the
accumulation of her many kindnesses that I will remember.  Goodbye, Hedi.
I will miss seeing your cheerful and kind countenance for many Sundays to
come.
