[Coc] Committee Midyear Reports & Reminders

Hi all,
Since I was stuck at home with an impassable driveway this morning, I have finally finished compiling the master midyear report, which is attached. Many thanks to all who responded by the deadline. I edited a few reports to get them closer to the requested half-page length.
Annual reports will be due on April 30th with no extensions possible. Guidelines will be sent out around the beginning of April. 

Please remember to mark your 2017 calendars with two CoC meetings, one on January 10th and the other on April 11th. Organizers of the January meeting are Lindsay, Ansel, and John. They will be in touch with agenda details before the meeting. I believe Committee on Ministry plans a follow-up to the session they led with us in October, and there will be info from the Finance Committee on budget development plans. That's all I know about at this point.
