Hello All,

Our next Committee of Chairs meeting will be Tuesday, January 10.  The 
meeting will start at 6:30pm, preceded by an informal gathering for a 
paper bag dinner around 5:45pm.

7:30-8:30 Breakout Activity with Committee on Ministry, 'Meetings'

     Breakout group topics will be:
1. Leading effective meetings: strategies, tips and techniques for 
making good use of meeting time.
2. Covenants: what, why, when, and how.  Developing and updating 
committee covenants & discussion of why they're important.
3. Resources for leaders: where to find readings & quotes, short songs 
to sing (we'll learn some!), how to begin/end gatherings, etc.
