[Coc] Committee Structure and Guidelines Version 4 Draft

Dear CoC members and other folks involved,
At the April CoC meeting, we discussed whether there should be term limits for committee Chairs, and decided not. There was a suggestion to add language to the Committee Structure and Guidelines document about procedure for Chairs who wish to step down. In the attached draft, there is new language in bold and italics at the top of page 2. Please review it and send any suggestions you may have about clarification.
Bettie, Sam, and John, please note that I've struck out the reference to the Communications Committee (bottom of page 3). The ET/MT will need new language from you about where the Communications Team fits into church management structure. Support team for Administrator? Sub-group of Admin Committee? How and to whom will it report?
Stuart, please note that on page 9, we need the new language from the Bylaw change that was approved at Annual Meeting regarding audit procedures. (It's also up to you to issue a revised Bylaws document with the revision date on it, and ensure it gets posted on the website.) 

ET/MT, it may be that with the change in audit procedures, we may want to abolish the appointed position of Auditor. We should discuss that.

All Chairs and program leaders -- especially new Chairs -- please review the section that describes your group and let me know whether any changes are needed.
