[Coc] Holy crocuses, it's April!

Dear CoC Members,
This is your reminder that annual reports are due by April 30th. Committee chairs please send your reports to me. Professional staff, please send yours directly to Will White, Board Secretary.
All reports should provide:- name of your committee or program area- names of committee members if applicable- committee mission statement if you have one- narrative or outline of your accomplishments this year, with emphasis on your activities related to the Strategic Plan
- name of person submitting report

Please use Times New Roman with standard one-inch margins, and limit your committee report to one page or less. (Staff reports sometimes exceed the one-page limit at the Secretary's discretion.) Please avoid fancy formatting. I have to edit the committee reports for uniformity.
The April 30th deadline is absolute. We need lead time to edit, compile, and publish the UCM Annual Report by May 14th, a week before Annual Meeting. Thanks for your cooperation on this. Let me know if you have any questions.
