[Coc] Leadership resources from January CoC mtg

Dear Committee of Chairs -

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and enthusiastic engagement in our
January CoC meeting!  It was delightful to explore covenants, effective
meeting facilitation, and leadership resources with you. I hope that each
of you came away with new ideas or inspiration for facilitating gatherings
that are spiritually grounded and compassionate. At the CoC meeting on
Tuesday, April 11, you'll have a brief opportunity to share how you have
implemented what you learned.

PLEASE, let me know what other tools, resources, training or support you
would like from the Committee on Ministry. How can we support you on your
leadership journey as we strive to achieve our 2020 Vision? Your ideas and
feedback are most welcome.

I'm (belatedly) sending the materials from each of our three January
break-out groups:
1. Tips for Effective Meetings
2. Sharing the Floor: Strategies for Effective Group Facilitation
3. Resources for Leaders, including books & websites for quotes and readings
4. Songs for Gathering & Grounding
5. Loving Community Toolkit
6. Covenanting: History, Roles, Importance; Developing; sample covenants

I also plan to post these on the UCM website and will share the link when
that's done.
