[Coc] UCM committee recurring meetings

Committee of Chairs - I hope you are having a nice summer!  As we get
closer to the end of it, the calendar is beginning to fill up and I want to
be sure I have your *regularly recurring meetings* on it so your slot
doesn't get taken!   Please let me know the day of the month, time, and
location of when your committee meets.

Please reply even if you think I already know, since I'd like to confirm
them all.  I'll have a spreadsheet with me tomorrow at the Retreat, so you
may let me know in person, if you like.
