[Coc] UCM Management Policies Spreadsheet

Hi all,
Attached is an updated summary of the church's management policies. It does not include the Bylaws or the Board's broad Governance Policy. Those two documents are the responsibility of the Board.
Any future updates to the management policies, once approved by the Executive Team, should be sent to Sam for posting on the website and filing backup copies on the officer server.
