[Coc] CoC Meeting Save-the-Date and Staff Visioning Survey

Dear Committee Chairs,

I hope this holiday season provides you some space for rest and relaxation
even with its busyness and celebratory activities.

Two things to share before I take a holiday break...

1) Please mark your calendars for *Tuesday, January 15* (6:30-8:30PM) for
the second *Committee of Chairs meeting *of the church year. You can RSVP
to Membership Coordinator, Elaine Stehel, ucm.membership at gmail.com who will
help to facilitate that meeting. At this meeting, we will have updates on
the Congregational Covenant, Building for our Future next steps, and
budgeting process for FY2020 amongst other topics.

2) The Executive Team is continuing our work in creating a 5-Year Staffing
Vision as part of our long-range financial planning on the operational
side. Your input is a valuable part of this process. We would appreciate if
