[Coc] Your time slot for meeting with the Board's consultant

Hi Membership coordinator and Committee, Welcoming Committee,

I’m writing to confirm the Membership coordinator and Committee, Welcoming Committee time slot for meeting with the Board’s consultant on Saturday January 12th at 1 pm. This will be a 1 hour meeting for the consultant to talk with you about your work in the congregation. There will be no need to prepare for this meeting, just come as you are with the knowledge that you have. There will be no need for Elaine, as a staff person, to be there, as long as she can send notes to convey her thoughts. The Membership Committee and Coordinator may decide amongst yourselves how you see this working best for you and not interrupting your work too much.
