[Coc] UCM committee meetings need to be on calendar - please reply

 *This message is for committee chairs and anyone else who coordinates
groups or events that meet regularly in the church.*

I hope you are having a nice summer!  This is the time to be sure our
regular, recurring committee meetings on the calendars, particularly since
I'm already getting requests from the public for use of our space!  At this
point, I have confirmed the Women's Alliance meetings and Rummage Sales,
the Holiday Fair, High School Youth Group, and Choir Rehearsals for the
rest of the church year (July 1, 2019).  Please let me know the day of the
month, time, and preferred location of your committee meetings and or
events, even if you think I know them already.

Please reply to just me, and not the whole group, to avoid confusion.
