[Coc] Annual Committee Reports

Once again it is time for annual committee reports to be submitted to the
ET. In the past, you have been asked for two reports year. Last year that
request was revised to one report but with a specific structure.

The guideline for that structure is attached.

Please submit your reports by April 26 to the email address included in the
attached guidelines.

Also, attached are the "End" statements that are referenced in the
guideline.

You perhaps have already prepared a report for  Elaine  Since that request
the ET has met and clarified the guideline. Hopefully, you will be able to
revise your report without too much trouble.
