[CoC] Annual Budget Request

Hello all,

This is my first budget as your new Finance Committee Chair, but thanks 
to the expert guidance of Paul Wallace-Brodeur, you will hopefully find 
that not much has changed from last year.

Attached to this email is our annual budget guidance. For those how have 
received this in the past, it is very similar to the budget preparation 
guidance distributed last year. The due date for submission of budget 
requests *Friday* *January 17, 2019.*(Note that this is a little earlier 
than usual; the ET has requested an earlier review of the draft budget 
than in past years).

If you as a committee chair, staff member, program or task force leader 
*_do not_ *need any increase or change in the amount budgeted for the 
current year, it will not be necessary to submit a request. However, it 
would be helpful if you could send a confirming email that you will not 
be seeking any change in you budget over the current year. The Finance 
Committee will be meeting after the Church service on January 26, 2019 
to review the draft budget.
