[CoC] Engaging with the Covenant & Jan. 14 Meeting Reminder

Hello, Committee of Chairs!

As we head into the winter holidays and towards the new year, I have two
announcements to share with you.

*First*, on behalf of the Committee on Ministry, I'd like to encourage you
all to set aside some time with your committee/team to practice using
the Proposed
Congregational Covenant <https://ucmvt.org/2019/10/23/proposed-covenant/>
together. You might want to read it at the start of a meeting. Sit in
silence to allow in the meaning of the words. Share reflections with one
another.

The Committee on Ministry will be reaching out to the whole congregation in
the coming weeks to raise awareness of the covenant and to seek reflections.

*Second*, just a reminder that there will be a Committee of Chairs meeting
on *Tuesday, January 14th*. The meeting will take place earlier than usual,
from *5:30PM - 7:30PM* in the *Children's Chapel*. Topics will include:
Claiming Spiritual Leadership follow up, Multicultural Collaboration,
Preparing the FY21 budget, Updates from our Communications Team, and a few
other items.
