[Coc] Next Steps Weekend Report January 2019

Hello,

Attached is a copy of our "Next Steps Weekend" Report that was prepared by
Mark Ewert after a visit to us on January 11-13, 2019. Although you may
have picked up a hard copy in the sanctuary, we thought it would be good
for all of you to receive a digital copy as well. Our reason for
undertaking this study is outlined in a cover letter from the Board at the
beginning of the report.
