[Coc] Annual Budget Drive starts tomorrow! Last minute needs!

Hi Dear Board, ET, Staff, and Committee of Chairs,

I’m reaching out on the eve of the Annual Budget Drive to see if you can help with a few last minute things.

First, I wanted to let you all know that we’ll be handing out everyone’s Pledge Packet tomorrow in the vestry. Meaning, please pick up your pledge packet tomorrow at the Stewardship Table! And please send the below message to your committees so everyone has heard the news, and cc me so I know everyone has received it.

Second, the Stewardship Committee is seeking easels, tripods, stands, etc, to hang posters in freestanding space tomorrow. If you have something that will help please bring it tomorrow with a piece of tape attached saying your name! Stewardship will be so grateful and we’ll be even more able to light up everyone’s inspiration tomorrow.

Message to committees about tomorrow:
Dear Committee,

Our Annual Budget Drive starts tomorrow with an inspiration ritual in worship, and a kickoff PARTY FOR EVERYONE in the vestry at 12 pm! Please be sure to come for the inspiration and stay for the treats, Thank You Cards table, and education about our budget drive.

The Stewardship Committee will be handing out everyone’s pledge packets in the vestry at the stewardship table. Please come pick up your pledge packet tomorrow so we can save money and the Earth our home by not mailing everything!
