Hello, everyone!
I just wanted to follow upon Ryan's email to you all to say that your help
in identifying candidates to join the Board is crucial! I know there are
many volunteer posts looking to be filled right now, AND we also have many
new members and friends engaged in the church right now so many people who
we can help find a way to match their gifts and interests with service to
our community.
I am especially excited for the upcoming year with the Board in which we
will be revisiting our long-term vision for UCM and overseeing the Building
for the Future project alongside the Steering Committee and Working Groups.
Working with a strong Board, as I have these past few years, is an
essential element to our ministry partnership, so please think about
whether service on the Board might be the right thing for you at this time
or if there is anyone you would like to nominate.
With deep gratitude,
Joan
