[CoC] October 8 -- CoC Meeting

Hello Committee of Chairs,

Believe it or not, it is nearly time for our first CoC Meeting of the
2019-20 Church Year!

I hope you all will be able to make it next week on *Tuesday, October 8
from 6:00/6:30 - 8:30 p.m.* -- if you'd like to bring your own dinner at 6
and socialize before the meeting begins, you're more than welcome to do so. *If
you are not available to attend, to represent your Committee, please reach
out to your fellow committee members, to ask if one of them would be
willing to attend in your stead* -- we will be sharing 90-second Updates
with each other, so *if no one from your Committee is available to attend,
please send a brief update for us to share on your behalf.*

I will be co-facilitating this first CoC Meeting of the year with Claudia
Clark from our Executive Team. We've included an Agenda here for your
perusal.
