[CoC] Winter Newsletter Submissions

Dear Board, Staff, ET, and CoC,

Hello! I hope you all are doing well and have had a meaningful weekend
connecting with loved ones (virtually or safely distanced as allowed).

I'm writing to request content for an upcoming Winter Newsletter I will be
sending as a Special Announcement to everyone who receives our weekly
e-newsletters -- we typically send these Newsletters quarterly, to keep
congregants informed about events and programming that will be coming up
each season, and/or to update community members about recent news and
developments that have recently been taking place.

If your group/team/committee/task force has information to share with UCM
Members & Friends this Winter, *please submit your announcements by Friday,
December 4th* -- I will be sending the Winter Newsletter on Wednesday,
December 9th, so there is some flexibility if you need to confirm dates and
times for upcoming programs with your committee/team members. *This Winter
Newsletter will cover news & announcements for December, January, and
February.*

I'll be forwarding two copies to you all, of a couple of recent past
Quarterly Newsletters, as examples so you can see what types of
announcements have been shared in the past -- if you have any questions,
please feel free to reach out this week and I'll be glad to assist,
