[CoC] Zoom Tips from Committee of Chairs meeting

Thank you for sharing this wealth of information, Rocky.

I also just learned that the newest version of Zoom now includes in-meeting
captioning! You have to enable this in the Zoom account's settings. I am
hoping to test this out in an upcoming worship service, and I'll work with
the staff on getting this enabled on both of our church Zoom accounts.
