[CoC] Community Pouch Survey Request for Committees/Chairs

Hello UCM Committee Chairs!
As you may know, a group was formed in January to look at and refine the community pouch process for UCM.  
We are soliciting some feedback from the congregation and would love it if you, as a Committee Chair, would fill this out with or on behalf of your committee by Sunday, April 11th.  If you are able to meet with your committee and get input before then, that's great.  If not, please just fill it out on behalf of your committee.  There is a place for you to let us know which committee you represent.  We would love to make sure we know about all the organizations that your committee might be partnering with. (EG- Community Harvest partners with UCM's Community Lunch team)  We are hoping, in addition to monetary gifts, we might connect volunteers with UCM's partner organizations.  You may also fill this out on a personal level as a congregant, if you wish. 
The Community Pouch Committee is looking for feedback and ideas from the congregation about the pouch process and on organizations to support in the future. Please take this brief survey by Sunday, April 11th to help us with this important part of our church's mission. Your input is very valuable and we'd love to hear more ideas from the congregation.
