[CoC] Committee of Chairs Meeting, April 20 and Annual Report Updates Due April 30

Dear UCM Committee Chairs,

Wishing you a warm and breezy spring after the long winter. 

We’ve scheduled a Committee of Chairs meeting for next Tuesday, April 20 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. We hope you’ll join us. An agenda will be shared in the coming days. 

 It’s time to think about your committee’s accomplishments and hopes and to share those with the congregation in the 2021 Annual Report. We are looking for a narrative summary of your committee’s activities from July 1, 2020 to the present.  It can run up to 500 words and it should contain the work your team or committee has performed, any new initiatives, and the successes and challenges you’ve faced in this most unusual year..  We all want to hear from you!

Please fill out the form reflecting on the end statements which serve as a monitoring report for the Executive Team. The statements enable you to think about your committee’s efforts in relation to our UCM Mission.  

Please send your narrative summary to me (leslie.parr at uvm.edu <mailto:leslie.parr at uvm.edu>),  and submit the Google form  by April 30.  If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.
