[CoC] Committee of Chairs meeting -- Zoom link and agenda

Good Morning!



This is one more reminder about the Committee of Chairs meeting that will
take place via Zoom on Tuesday, February 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  The
Zoom link that will enable you to join the meeting is set out below.



One of the topics will be the budgeting process for the upcoming year and
how committees can provide budgetary requests for their proposed
activities.  You can preview the form you will use to submit a budgetary

These forms should be completed and submitted by *Friday, February 19*.



Here is the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting:

6:50 pm  Update from the Board (Vic or Board member)



7:00pm   Congregational Covenant Check-in



       How has the covenant been a part of your church experience during
this church year?



7:15pm   Energizer (Elaine)



7:20pm   Update on budget process for 2021-2022 church year (Joan/Dawn)



7:45pm   Preparing for Stewardship Drive (Sue Stukey)



8:05pm   Committee updates, concerns and ideas



       Each committee provides a brief review of recent activities and
description of plans for FY 2021 (up to 60 seconds each).



8:25pm   Chalice Extinguishing (Joan/Dawn)



8:30pm   Adjourn
