[CoC] Notes of CoC Mtg 10-18-22

Hi all,
Notes from last week's meeting are attached, with thanks to Janet for scribing! As you will see, there is a lot of concern about finding new ways to invite more people to be involved in UCM's programs and leadership. Some good ideas were brainstormed, and we hope to put them into action in the near future. Anyone with additional thoughts is encouraged to speak them aloud! 

Next CoC meeting is tentatively planned for Tuesday, January 17th.
