[CoC] Winter CoC Meeting Tomorrow!

 Greetings,
Votes ran 8 to 1 in favor of a Zoom-only meeting tomorrow night, so that's what we will do. The invitation and link are below. Steve will host on Zoom and is your go-to person for any tech issues.
Attached is the draft agenda. You will see that it is packed -- quite a few groups asked for time, so we will all have to be efficient. Let me know if you see any major problems with it. See you online at 6:00.

Remember last October? Steve Finner and I volunteered to facilitate the winter Committee of Chairs meeting on January 21st, which (somehow) is next week!! We will meet from 6-8 PM. The agenda will include updates on the budget development process for FY26, the pledge drive and upcoming fundraiser; reports from the Board and ET; and discussion about UCM's social media presence. Please make every effort to ensure that you or someone from your committee (or team or task force) will attend.
Big Question: Should we have a hybrid meeting or a Zoom-only meeting? Concerns have been raised regarding winter weather and viruses circulating in the larger community. We would appreciate hearing from you on this question. Please email BOTH Steve (finnerstephen at gmail.com) and me (jrhinds1185 at yahoo.com) with a quick "hybrid" or "Zoom-only" vote by this Friday evening.
