[SRCAction] Sanctuary City Proposal on Montpelier City Council Meeting Agenda Tonight

Hi everyone,

Given our discussion at the last SRC meeting, I thought you'd be interested
to know that the Montpelier City Council Meeting agenda for this evening
includes discussion of a proposal  to make Montpelier a sanctuary city. You
