[SRCAction] Community Pouch Meeting Invites

Hello-

I met with Reverend Joan this morning and we decided to invite any organization that had received the pouch monies in the past three years.  If we follow this rule I will be inviting 25 organizations.  This does not include any new environmental organizations or any that church friends/members have found out about in the past year.   As we only have 8 slots I am wondering if we should narrow the list.  My thoughts were that we could limit the client base to Washington County, only consider those that send a representative, or do two years instead of three. We could also try to find out enough about the services of each organization so that if there is one that is based in Washington County and another in Burlington that we go with the local organization.  Or, I can take a deep breath and realize that not everyone is going to show up.  Last year there were no hard decisions as we had the same number of agencies as slots, but that does not mean that we can't make those decisions the day of the meeting if we have to. Thoughts?  The newsletter announcement has gone out so now it is just inviting people to come on September 29th.
