[Coc] CoC Meeting Today!

Dear Committee of Chairs, Board, Executive Team, & Staff,

Janet Poeton and Elaine Stehel are looking forward to welcoming you to the
final Committee of Chairs Meeting for the 2018-19 Church Year, to be held
this evening, *Tuesday, April 9 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.* in the Vestry at the
Unitarian Church of Montpelier. Please note -- Child Care will be provided!

Please plan to arrive a few moments early, to give ample time for finding
parking, as well as enjoying refreshments and settling in.

Please find attached the Minutes from the January 15th Meeting & the Agenda
for the April 9th Meeting ... and a big thank-you to Judith Hinds for
offering to take Minutes at tonight's meeting!

Two More Reminders -- If you haven't yet read Stewardship Consultant Mark
Ewert's Report, please do! It is attached. Also, please plan to attend the
Annual Meeting on May 19, and encourage your committee members to attend
also!

*P.S. -- Re: Annual Committee Reports, A Friendly Reminder --* The
Executive Team (Rev. Joan, Ron Camerson, Jeanne Richardson, & John Turner)
have requested the following:

Once again it is time for annual committee reports to be submitted to the
ET. In the past, you have been asked for two reports year. Last year that
request was revised to one report, but with a specific structure.

The guideline for that structure is attached. Also attached are the "End
Statements" that are referenced in the guideline.

*Please submit your reports by April 26* to ucmexecutiveteam at gmail.com.
